Upon payment for Digital Content, Feisty Entertainment LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub license-able, limited right and license to download and retain a permanent copy to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, and private use only subject to and in accordance with the Terms of Use. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the Terms of Use.

You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other use restricted in this document. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content's copyright owner(s) and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer the Digital Content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You may make copies of your purchased Digital Content so long as it is only for your personal use and backup protection and you don't change or convert the original Digital Content's file type(s), content or file structure.

You agree that Feisty Entertainment LLC has no liability to you for Digital Content which you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.

Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content. All sales of Digital Content are final at time of purchase. Feisty Entertainment LLC does not accept returns of Digital Content. Each purchase of a Digital Content shall be deemed a final, nonrefundable sale. Prices for Digital Content are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for making sure your PC or other portable devices can receive and play the Digital Content prior to purchase. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. Feisty Entertainment LLC may, from time to time, remove Digital Content from it's servers without notice.

The Digital Content may include unique identifiers that are specific to you or your purchase.

Any reproduction, redistribution, transmission, sale, broadcast, public performance, sharing, rental or lending, adaptation, sub-license, modification, or promotion of the Digital Content provided by Feisty Entertainment LLC is a violation of copyright law and expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Feisty Entertainment LLC. Furthermore, you agree not to use the Digital Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.

In consideration of your use of the Digital Content, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also represent that all information about yourself you provide to Feisty Entertainment LLC, including, without limitation, name, address, and credit card information is true, accurate, current and complete. Feisty Entertainment LLC reserves the right to amend and change any of it's terms and conditions without notice.

Feisty Entertainment LLC may, from time to time, remove Digital Content from it's servers. If you plan to download Digital Content that you purchase, you are encouraged to do so promptly after your purchase.

You expressly understand and agree that: Feisty Entertainment LLC will not be liable for any incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of Digital Content, information, materials or products included on or otherwise made available to you by Feisty Entertainment LLC.
